Lynn Mayo has been the Call Center Director at Nordia Inc. since October 1999, overseeing the daily operations of a 360-seat bilingual customer contact center while ensuring adherence to quality, efficiency, and productivity standards. Lynn has a strong background in project implementation, having successfully established a customer service business base in the Philippines and launched a new line of business in Nanaimo, British Columbia, involving a 300-seat contact center. Previously, Lynn held roles as Operations Manager and Team Manager at Stellar Global Solutions Philippines from 2007 to 2008. Education includes completion of Quebec High School from 1975 to 1977.
