Martin Krist

Joined in October 2021. Martin is responsible for the Fund Operations in Luxembourg. Prior to joining Nordic Capital, he was responsible for the Fund Operations of RFR, a German and US Real Estate investment manager operating, among others, as an AIFM in Luxembourg from 2017 to 2021. Martin set up the AIFM for RFR and was responsible for all parts of their Fund Operations covering investor interactions to corporate governance and regulatory matters. He started his career with EY in Luxembourg in their Alternatives Advisory business from 2011 to 2017, advising Private Equity and Real Estate clients in setting up their own mid-back office (AIFM) businesses and other Fund Operation solutions. Martin holds a double diploma in Corporate Finance and Mechanical Engineering from the Technical University of Darmstadt.
