Simon Riis-Hansen

Joined in March 2019 as consultant to the Nordic Capital Funds. Simon comes from a position as Senior Client Partner in Korn Ferry where he was the leader of advisory services in the Nordics and part of Korn Ferry’s EMEA LT. Prior to this, Simon worked as an executive in the LEGO Group between 2005-2016, latest as Senior Vice President, Executive HR, and was part of the LEGO Group’s Corporate Management team. Earlier in his career Simon worked in SHL a leading provider of management assessment and organisational development services. Over the years, Simon has also contributed to several best practice cases in the people and performance field and provided input to several publications on talent, succession, leadership development, organizational transformation, company culture and recruitment. Simon holds an MSc in Psychology from the University of Copenhagen.
