Nordic Co-operation
Charlotte Thy serves as a Senior Product Developer and Lead Auditor at Bureau Veritas Group since November 2020, focusing on new sustainability solutions and environmental certification. Concurrently, Charlotte acts as the Koordinator for the Nordic Environmental Footprint Group, promoting sustainable practices among Nordic authorities. Charlotte's experience includes serving on the board of GUDP, supporting green transitions in agriculture and society, and being a panel member for the National Bioeconomy Panel, advising the Danish government on sustainable value chains. Previous roles at Danish Crown included Director of Sustainable Farming & Production, where strategic sustainability initiatives were developed and executed, and positions in environmental management from the environmental department. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in Biology from the University of Copenhagen and a BA in Film Studies. Charlotte’s extensive career spans various roles in environmental management, consulting, and teaching, highlighting a strong commitment to sustainability and environmental advocacy.
