Helen Dahl is an experienced professional in human resources and management, currently serving as HR-Senior Manager at NORDIC LIGHTS® since May 2020, previously holding the HR-Manager position. Helen has a solid HR background with prior roles at Herrmans Bike Components Ltd and Löfs Ab Oy, where responsibilities included logistics and production management. In earlier positions, Helen held consultative roles at Monitor ERP System Finland Ab and ERP Services Oy, as well as quality management at Oy Prevex Ab, focusing on ISO certifications. An educator at Yrkesskolan Optima, Helen also managed process development in the construction materials industry at BPB Gyproc, overseeing production operations across the Nordic countries. Helen holds a Master of Science degree from Åbo Akademi University.

We employ about 300 people in total, and the manufacturing headquarters is located in Finland. A second business unit is located in China. Sales offices are located in Germany, USA, China, Brazil, and Vietnam.
