Ulrika Ringdahl

Ulrika Ringdahl is an accomplished professional in the fields of life sciences and venture capital, currently serving as Chief Operating Officer and Deputy CEO at SmiLe Venture Hub since January 2023. In addition, Ringdahl holds positions as a Senior Advisor and Board Member at SmiLe Inject Capital, contributing to investments in promising life science startups. With a strong commitment to innovation and commercialization, Ringdahl is also a Board Member for LU Holding, a state-owned holding company linked to Lund University, and a Steering Board Member for the Nordic Mentor Network for Entrepreneurship. Previous roles include Managing Director at Invest in Skåne, where Ringdahl promoted international investment in the region, and various board memberships in institutions focused on advanced studies and healthcare. Ringdahl holds a BSc in Biomedicine and a PhD in Medical Science from Lund University, alongside certifications as a board member from the Swedish Academy of Board Directors.
