CMO at Nordic Oil

Flaminia Zannotti has extensive work experience in the fields of marketing, design, and branding. Flaminia is currently working at Nordic Oil as a marketer starting from July 2022. Prior to this, they co-founded and served as a director at Nordic Cosmetics since October 2020. Flaminia also worked at Nordic Oil as a senior designer from January 2020 to October 2020.

Before joining Nordic Oil, Flaminia gained valuable experience at gravity GmbH, where they worked as a Communication & Business Designer from July 2015 to December 2019. At gravity, they assisted startups in building their brand identities and supported clients in the automotive industry in developing strategies for the future. Flaminia also conducted qualitative research, designed new solutions, and helped brands stay relevant to consumers.

Flaminia's educational background includes a Master's thesis project at the University of Gothenburg in Participatory Branding from January 2015 to June 2015. Flaminia focused on enabling non-branding individuals to participate in the branding process for startups. Additionally, they had an internship at gravity GmbH as a Design Intern from June 2014 to December 2014, where they worked on communication assets, UI/UX concepts, and brand identity for Munich-based startups.

Flaminia also had an integrated university project at Volvo Group Trucks Technology (GTT) from April 2014 to June 2014. Flaminia collaborated with the Service Design team to develop a service concept and business model for new technology. Their role involved applying design and research methodologies to understand user needs and create valuable experiences.

Flaminia worked as a Freelancer from September 2013 to June 2014 as a Brand Design Consultant, providing services related to brand design. Flaminia also worked as a Graphic Designer from January 2012 to June 2014. Prior to their freelance work, they had a Graphic Design Internship at Eurosia from May 2012 to July 2012, where they assisted the team in developing brand and communication concepts for local brands and music institutions in Rome.

Flaminia Zannotti has a diverse education history. From 2013 to 2015, they pursued a Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree in Business & Design from HDK - Högskolan för design och konsthantverk & Handels. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Design from La Sapienza, Roma, where they studied from 2009 to 2013. In 2011 and 2012, Flaminia attended L' Ecole de Design Nantes Atlantique as part of an Erasmus program, specializing in Brand design. Lastly, from 2004 to 2009, they completed their high school education in classical studies at Liceo Ginnasio Statale Augusto.
