Heleen Steur

Heleen Steur is an experienced HR professional with a significant background in managing human resources across various companies. Currently serving as HR Manager at Nordic Pharma since April 2022, Heleen previously held the position of HR Manager Europe at VISUfarma, supporting multiple countries and aligning HR plans. Earlier roles include HR Adviseur at Unica, Interim HR adviseur at VISTRA, and Human Resources Manager at Sony Computer Entertainment Europe, Alpha Flight Services, and Atlantic Hotel. Heleen has extensive experience in coaching, HR strategy development, and team performance management, having also played key roles at NH Hotels and Krasnapolsky Hotels & Restaurants. Heleen obtained a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management from Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences and completed management training at Henley Business School.
