Michal Knap possesses extensive experience in technical support and engineering roles, currently serving as a Technical Support Specialist and Senior Technician at Nordic Telecom since August 2020. Prior to this, Michal worked as a Test Engineering Technician at Foxconn Czech Republic from May 2015 to April 2020. Educational background includes a degree from Unicorn University in 2020, attendance at SOŠ automobilová in Košice from 2005 to 2009, and training at the Cisco Networking Academy.
