Radovan Daniš

Radovan Daniš has a diverse work experience in finance and investment roles. Radovan started their career as an intern at Fundpeak in 2013. Radovan then joined Deloitte Czech Republic in 2013, where they worked as an Audit Associate before moving on to become an Associate in M&A Transaction Services. In this role, they participated in buy-side and sell-side transactions and performed financial analysis for due diligence projects. Radovan later became a Senior Associate, focusing on financial due diligence services for strategic investors and private equity funds in various industries. In 2018, they were promoted to Manager in M&A Transaction Services.

In 2020, Radovan joined Nordic Investors as an Investment Manager, responsible for managing investments. Radovan then transitioned to the role of Investment Director in 2021.

Additionally, in 2020, Radovan also joined Nordic Telecom as an M&A Manager, where they led merger and acquisition activities. Radovan is currently the Chief Financial Officer at Nordic Telecom.

Radovan Daniš has a strong educational background in finance and business. Radovan obtained their Master's Degree in Finance and Business Valuation from Prague University of Economics and Business, where they studied from 2012 to 2015. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor's degree in Financial Management at Ekonomická univerzita v Bratislave, from 2009 to 2012.

Before pursuing their higher education, Radovan Daniš attended Gymnázium Janka Jesenského in Bánovce nad Bebravou from 2005 to 2009, where they pursued a comprehensive curriculum with a focus on general studies.

In addition to their formal education, Radovan Daniš also obtained a certification from the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) in February 2017.
