Brianna Heimbach

Brianna Heimbach is a seasoned talent development leader currently serving as Senior Director of Talent Development at Nordic Global since July 2022. With a focus on Learning & Development, Talent Management, and Culture & Engagement, Brianna has a strong track record of creating impactful programs that enhance employee growth and strengthen organizational culture. Previous roles include Associate Director of Learning & Development and Learning and Development Manager at Nordic Global, as well as positions such as High School Counselor at UNIS Hanoi and Navarre High School, and founder of Vantage Counseling. Brianna's expertise in college counseling and extensive experience in education have been shaped by over 15 years in various counseling roles across different international schools. Academically, Brianna holds a Master of Arts in Counseling Psychology from the University of San Francisco and a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Studies from The University of Tulsa.
