Nesha Paladino

Nesha Paladino is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in billing and accounts payable management. Currently serving as a Senior Billing Manager at Nordic Global since September 2024, Nesha previously held the position of AR and Billing Manager at Acxiom from February 2022 to June 2024, where effective leadership of billing and accounts receivable teams was demonstrated through process improvements and the utilization of Workday modules. Nesha's earlier roles include Accounts Payable Manager at Omnicom, managing vendor validation and accounts payable teams, and at Berry Appleman & Leiden LLP, where a cohesive team was developed using servant leadership techniques. Additionally, Nesha served as Accounts Payable Manager at Ryan, where project leadership was provided for ERP system implementations. Nesha holds a Bachelor of Business Studies in Accounting from Dallas Baptist University and completed a First Line Management Course at Southern Methodist University.
