Scott Yates

Scott Yates is an accomplished IT applications manager with extensive experience in leading teams and supporting business applications across various sectors. Currently serving as Manager of IT Applications at Nordic Global since July 2023, Scott oversees a team of 11 professionals, focusing on integrations involving Workday and internal/external applications for multiple departments. Previously, Scott held a similar managerial role at Bon Secours Mercy Health from September 2013, where responsibilities mirrored those at Nordic Global. Prior to that, Scott was Team Lead for HCM Solutions at Mercy Health, supervising a team and developing reports and interfaces for HR functions.
