Fabien Champay

Fabien Champay is a Senior R&D Engineering Manager and Test Team Lead at Nordic Semiconductor since August 2020. Prior experience includes serving as a Project Manager for Product and Test Engineering at Microchip Technology Inc. from October 2016 to August 2020, with a focus on new product development, industrialization, and manufacturing test support, especially in Automotive IC qualification (AEC-Q100). Earlier roles include Senior Test Engineer at Atmel Norway and Senior Test and Product Engineer at Texas Instruments, where responsibilities encompassed the characterization of baseband and high-performance application processor devices, along with managing yield analysis and power leakage validation.
