Kavitha Shankar

Kavitha Shankar is a seasoned technology professional with extensive experience in design management and DFT methodologies across leading semiconductor companies. Currently serving as a Senior Design Manager at Nordic Semiconductor, Kavitha previously held the position of Director of Design for Test at Marvell Semiconductor, where significant contributions to DFT practices were made. At GLOBALFOUNDRIES, Kavitha managed ASIC methodology teams and developed scalable DFT flow infrastructures for advanced tech nodes. Prior roles at IBM India involved advisory positions in DFT methodology development for multiple process nodes, enhanced quality assurance protocols, and automation in internal processes. With early career experience at Tessolve Services and Wipro Technologies, complemented by an academic background in Electronics and additional management education from Harvard Business School Online, Kavitha combines technical expertise with leadership skills in the semiconductor domain.
