Pal Elstad

Pal Elstad has a diverse and extensive background in finance, with experience spanning over a decade. Pal began their career at GE Healthcare in 2003, where they worked in finance until 2008. Afterward, they joined REC Solar as a Finance Manager for a brief period before transitioning to REC Singapore Site as the Head of Finance. In this role, they were responsible for the overall financial management of the site, including operations in Singapore, Scandinavia, and China. Pal then moved to REC ASA as a Group Controller in 2012 before taking on the role of CFO at Ontime Logistics. At Ontime Logistics, they had a wide range of responsibilities, including financing and cash management, financial reporting, and facilitating the sale of the company. Following that, Pal Elstad joined REC as the VP Group Controlling, overseeing financial processes related to the REC Solar IPO and managing investor relations for REC Silicon ASA. Since 2014, Pal Elstad has been working at Nordic Semiconductor ASA as the CFO. Overall, their work experience demonstrates their expertise in finance and their ability to take on leadership roles in different companies and industries.

Pal Elstad began their education in 1992 and graduated in 1996 from BI Norwegian Business School with a degree in Siviløkonom, specializing in Accounting and Finance. Later, in 1998-1999, they attended the Norwegian School of Economics (NHH) where they earned a CPA & MBA degree with a focus on Auditing.
