David Nääs

David Nolte is an experienced advisor with a strong background in knowledge management and organizational learning, currently serving at Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH since September 2018. Nolte has held various roles at GIZ, including Development Advisor for the Digital Ambassador Initiative and Junior-Spezialist für Kompetenzentwicklung, and began with the organization as a working student focused on the corporation-wide implementation of a Digital Workplace solution using Microsoft SharePoint. Prior to GIZ, Nolte completed internships in public relations at Aktion Deutschland Hilft e.V. and in knowledge management projects at GIZ, along with an IT system management apprenticeship at Bechtle AG. David Nolte holds a Bachelor of Arts in Social Sciences from the University of Koblenz and Landau and has further education from Ruhr University Bochum.
