Melissa Maloul

Melissa Maloul is the people person who was recently promoted from HR Director to revamp the world of Human Resources and bring forward-thinking employee engagement and effective mindful management front and center. Aside from focusing on, legal compliance, work ethic, training, benefits, the organizational structure of the employees, and recruiting, much of her time is spent strategizing new ways to manage stress, stay connected to the employees, create new ways to motivate and make sure everyone feels appreciated. She uses different techniques and resources to understand the purpose and values of each individual to help encourage career paths that bring out the best in each employee which also benefits the organization as a whole.

For the last five years, she has created a culture shift that really has made working for Nordis Technologies a whole new experience loaded with recognition awards, team building contests, celebrations, stress management meditation, and a toolbox full of books and resources as well as financial wellness workshops. Melissa is also a Certified Life Coach through the Integrative Wellness Academy which is very helpful for anyone struggling in life whether personal or work-related. Her goal is for the employees to feel supported and cared for as individuals and appreciated and valued as employees.
