Henrik Kården is a Customer Success Manager at Nordkap. Henrik has previously worked as a product specialist for risk decisions at Asiakastieto Group and an insurance specialist/debt collector at Trafikförsäkringsföreningen.

Henrik has been involved in the credit decision-making process for both individuals and businesses, through customer contact, integration support, and policy work. Henrik has also played a central role in internal and customer projects, providing consultation on credit decisions, testing, and improvement suggestions, as well as technical expertise.

At Trafikförsäkringsföreningen, Henrik was responsible for handling cases where debt had been incurred through breaches of the Traffic Insurance Act. Through communication and a good sense for people, their goal was to find payment solutions for people with debt to the Trafikförsäkringsföreningen.

Henrik has developed excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, through their work with vulnerable andpressured individuals. Henrik has a deep understanding of the behaviours of indebted people in financial distress and their situations and circumstances, which has allowed him to build good relationships and find better solutions that work for both the Trafikförsäkringsföreningen and the debtor.
