Lucy McCarren

Lucy McCarren is currently a Machine Learning Lecturer at DIS - Study Abroad and a PhD Student in Technology and Health at KTH Royal Institute of Technology. With a background as a Data Analyst at Nordnet Bank AB since September 2019, Lucy focuses on leveraging data to enhance customer experiences and business insights while developing a new data platform on Google Cloud Platform. Previous roles include Business Intelligence Consultant at FD Technologies, where Lucy managed support teams for trading systems, and self-employment as a Math Tutor. Internships at Citco Fund Services and Liberty Mutual Insurance contributed to experience in risk analysis and actuarial reporting. Lucy holds a Master of Science in Machine Learning & AI from KTH Royal Institute of Technology and a Bachelor of Science in Mathematical Sciences from Dublin City University.
