Matt Smith

Matt Smith is a seasoned software engineer with extensive experience in full-stack development and platform engineering. Currently serving as a Staff/Platform Engineer at Nordnet Bank AB since May 2021, Matt plays a pivotal role akin to part-Staff/Principal Engineer. Previously, Matt held positions at Klarna, including Senior Engineer and Engineering Manager, where responsibilities included developing complex services and mentoring colleagues in best engineering practices. At Capgemini, Matt excelled as a Software Engineer Lead, focusing on digital transformation and full-stack engineering in Agile environments.
