Rachel Willis

Rachel Willis has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. Rachel began their career as an Accounting Assistant at Deborah L. Stevenson CPA from February 2005 to March 2006. Rachel then worked as a Senior Cost Accountant at PACCAR - Peterbilt Motors Company from July 2006 to December 2007. Rachel joined ID Technology as a Plant Accountant in January 2008 and later became the Accounting Manager in January 2012. Rachel was then promoted to Vice President of Finance and Administration in October 2012 and held this position until November 2019. Rachel's next move was to Integrated Warehouse Solutions, where they served as the Chief Financial Officer from November 2019 to January 2023. Currently, they are working at Integrated Warehouse Solutions as the SVP, Technology & Process since June 2021. Throughout their career, Rachel has demonstrated their ability to lead financial and administrative functions while driving technological and process improvements.

Rachel Willis attended Texas Wesleyan University from 2002 to 2006, where they pursued a BBA/MBA degree in Economics, Finance, and Accounting.
