Main Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and lifecycle management of NordVPN’s API, ensuring high standards of performance, security, and scalability.
  • Collaborate with engineers to identify and remove roadblocks, enabling timely delivery of key features and solutions to technical challenges.
  • Analyze data from multiple sources to inform product decisions, resolve ongoing issues, and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Work closely with engineering teams and Product Managers responsible for API-dependent apps to align roadmaps, address dependencies, and ensure seamless integration.
  • Act as a technical expert and bridge between business goals and technical execution, ensuring the API evolves to support our broader product vision.
  • Drive the Agile process, keeping the team focused, productive, aligned with business goals, and adaptable to innovation.

Core Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience as a Technical Product Owner/Manager, preferably with a focus on APIs or cloud-based systems.
  • Proven ability to dive into technical discussions with engineers and solve complex problems.
  • Strong understanding of APIs, cloud infrastructure, and modern development practices.
  • Experience in analyzing technical data and identifying trends, patterns, and issues.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure and manage incidents effectively.
  • Passion for working in Agile environments and leading product development in an iterative, feedback-driven manner.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a knack for aligning cross-functional teams.

Salary Range

  • Monthly gross salary from 4630 - 6620 EUR.
