Emine Dalyan

Emine Dalyan has extensive work experience in various industries and positions. Their most recent role is as the Director of Operations at Nordson Corporation, where they provide direction to a management team overseeing multiple areas such as manufacturing, sales operations, logistics, and customer services. Emine has successfully transformed the team into a collaborative and high-performing unit, resulting in improved employee satisfaction, on-time delivery, and reduced operating costs.

Prior to Nordson Corporation, Emine worked as a Manager PMO at Ranpak, where they led projects in sales, marketing, business transformation, product development, manufacturing, and purchasing. Emine also served as a Quality Advisor and Lean BPM Lecturer at Academie voor Business Studies - Zuyd Hogeschool.

Emine's previous experience includes roles at Johnson Matthey as a Planning, Materials, and Services Team Manager, Tata Steel in Europe as a Marketing Discipline Manager and Senior Project Manager, Intel Corporation as an EMEA Channel Supply, Demand & Inventory Team Manager, and various companies as a Marketing Manager. Emine also worked in non-profit organizations as a Fundraiser and at MSC Mediterranean Shipping Company as a Sales Account Manager and Sales Department Leader.

Emine Dalyan's education history includes a Master of Science degree in Marketing from the University of Warwick - Warwick Business School, obtained in 2015. In 2006, they also earned a Master's degree in Political Science from Leiden University. Emine completed their undergraduate studies at Ankara University from 1996 to 2000, earning a BSc degree with a double major in Industrial Engineering and International Relations, with a minor in Political Psychology. Prior to their university education, they completed their high school education at Bursa Anatolian High School, specializing in Mathematics, Science, and Technology from 1989 to 1996.

Emine Dalyan has also obtained several certifications, including Lean Six Sigma Black Belt (ICBB) from IASSC in 2011, APICS / CPIM Certified in Production and Inventory Management from APICS in 2010, and various other certifications in project management, influential skills, problem-solving, coaching, and leadership.
