Jacky Jones

Jacky Jones has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Jacky started their career in 2010 as the Chief Instructor and Owner of Hwa Rang Tae Kwon Do Academy. After that, they held positions in human resources, including roles such as Human Resource and Safety Manager at AdvancePierre Foods, Human Resources Business Partner at Whirlpool Corporation, and Human Resources Manager at Olympus. Jacky then worked as the Director of Human Resources at Goodwill Industries International before becoming the Human Resource Director at Beckett Air Inc. In 2016, they joined Plasman Group as a Human Resources Manager and later moved on to GLG (Gerson Lehrman Group) as a Consultant. In 2021, they became the Divisional HR Director at SIFCO Industries, Inc. Currently, they are the Global Human Resource Director at Nordson Corporation, a position they started in 2022.

Jacky Jones has a Master of Science (MS) degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Middle Tennessee State University (MTSU), which they obtained from 2000 to 2003. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Psychology from East Tennessee State University from 1997 to 2000. Jacky began their education at Columbia State Community College, where they obtained an Associate of Arts and Sciences (A.A.S.) degree in Psychology from 1994 to 1997. Jacky Jones has also obtained various certifications, including the Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification from HRCI in 2003 and several LinkedIn certifications, such as "Diversity Across Generations: Supporting Workplace Inclusion" and "Recognizing Ageism to Be More Inclusive", in 2023 and "Microsoft Teams Essential Training" in 2022.
