Jennifer Robichaud

Jennifer Robichaud, SPHR has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles. Jennifer is currently the Senior Director of Human Resources for the Medical and Fluid Solutions Segment at Nordson Corporation, a role they have held since 2023. Prior to this, they were the Director of Global Business Human Resources Partner at Nordson MEDICAL from 2020 to 2023. Jennifer also has experience working as a Human Resource Manager at Medicus Healthcare Solutions, where they provided resources and strategies to healthcare organizations to help cover staffing shortages and optimize service lines. Jennifer worked there from 2013 to 2014.

Prior to that, Jennifer held Human Resources Manager roles at Sanmina-SCI and Haydon Kerk Motion Solutions, Inc. Jennifer started their career at Axsys Technologies as a Human Resources Coordinator and worked there from 2006 to 2008.

Jennifer's earliest work experience was as a Compliance Coordinator at Northwestern Mutual Financial Network from 1992 to 2001.
