Carrie Thompson

Carrie Thompson has extensive experience in human resources, serving as the Senior Manager of Total Rewards at Nordstrom from May 2017 to April 2025 and as a Senior Human Resources Business Partner. Prior to Nordstrom, Carrie held key HR roles at Starbucks Coffee Company, Interstate Hotels & Resorts, and The Advisory Board Company, including Human Resources Manager. Carrie's career began at the University of Oregon, where a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science was obtained from January 1995 to January 1999, along with involvement in the Alpha Phi Omega organization.
