Flonie Heard

Flonie Heard has extensive experience in customer service and operations, currently serving as a Customer Care Supervisor at Nordstrom since May 2020 and simultaneously at Nordstrom Trunk Club since September 2015. Prior roles include Client Services at Echo Global Logistics and Operations Manager at Forever 21. Flonie also has a background in event management, working as an Event Marketing and Planning Associate at Event 360 and as an Operations Manager/Special Events Coordinator at LUSH Fresh Handmade Cosmetics. Flonie began a career in special events and merchandising at AKIRA Chicago.
