Patti Felz

Patti Felz currently serves as the VP of Internal Audit at Nordstrom since 2019. Prior to this role, Patti was a Business Transformation Consultant at Change Management Group from 2017 to 2018, leading a significant transformation project for Gap Brand. Earlier experience at Ralph Lauren spanned over a decade, during which Patti held multiple senior leadership positions, including Senior Vice President of Retail Operations, overseeing operations across numerous brands and a substantial revenue portfolio. Patti also served as Senior Vice President and Chief Audit Executive, managing a robust global internal audit and security team for a major consumer product brand, as well as Vice President of Global Loss Prevention. Additional roles include Director of Internal Audit and Risk Management at B&Q and Director of European Supply Chain Operations at Timberland. Early career experience includes positions at New England Financial and Newburg & Company, LLP. Patti holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accountancy with a minor in Law from Bentley University.
