Henrik Pollmann

Henrik Pollmann has an extensive work experience, primarily in the field of Human Resources. Henrik joined Nordzucker AG in 2014 and has held various roles within the company. Henrik is currently serving as the Head of Human Resources, a position they have held since October 2022. Prior to this role, they were the Head of Human Resources Germany and the Head of Human Resources Headquarters Braunschweig. Henrik also worked as a Specialist HR Corporate Projects and handled Compensation & Benefits for Top Management Administration. Before joining Nordzucker AG, Henrik worked at Thomas Philipps GmbH & Co. KG as a Sachbearbeiter Kalkulation / Kontrolle for three years. Additionally, they gained experience as a working student at Nordzucker AG.

Henrik Pollmann received their education from various institutions over the years. In 2004, they completed a vocational training program in Industriekaufmann (industrial management) at B. Braun Medizintechnologie GmbH. Following this, from 2007 to 2010, they attended Berufsbildende Schulen der Stadt Osnabrück am Pottgraben, where they obtained a degree in Staatlich geprüfter Betriebswirt / Fachhochschulreife (state-certified business economist / university entrance qualification). Later, from 2010 to 2014, they pursued their Bachelor's degree in Recht, Personalmanagement und -psychologie (law, personnel management, and psychology) at Fachhochschule Braunschweig-Wolfenbüttel. Lastly, from 2017 to 2019, Henrik completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Wirtschaftswissenschaften (business administration) at Ludwigshafen University of Business and Society.
