Denis Romanov

Denis Romanov is a financial professional with extensive experience in corporate finance and investment management. Currently serving as a Financial Analyst in Corporate Finance at BlueNord ASA since January 2023, Denis previously held the position of Head of Corporate Finance at PHARM AID LTD, focusing on the establishment of a major vaccine manufacturing facility in the CIS region. Prior roles include Capital Markets & Investor Relations Manager at SIBUR, where Denis handled equity and debt transactions and investor communications, and Deputy Head of Finance and Treasury at Rosneft's subsidiary in Venezuela, overseeing finance teams and strategic business planning.
