Leanna has also worked at companies such as dunnhumby, BP, Unilever, and Accenture, where they held various HR positions. Leanna's career in HR started in 2000 as an HR Manager and they have since developed expertise in areas such as HR business partnering, global human resources, and talent management. Leanna'swork experience spans multiple industries and regions, including North America, Europe, and the UK.

Leanna F. holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with a minor in Human Resource Management from Monroe College, which they completed in 2009. Leanna then pursued a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Human Resources Management from The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE), completing it in 2010. Additionally, they obtained a certification as a Chartered MCIPD from CIPD Qualifications in January 2010.
