Mahera Wazir

Mahera Wazir has extensive experience in the energy engineering sector, currently serving as a Senior Energy Engineer in the Measurement and Verification (M&V) Team at NORESCO since February 2005, where responsibilities include developing and implementing M&V plans for energy savings projects across various facilities. Wazir also previously held the position of Energy Engineer in the Lighting and Water (LWS) Team, focusing on lighting and plumbing efficiency projects while contributing to database development and software application design. Prior experience includes working as an Energy Simulation Engineer at VaCom Technologies, conducting energy savings analyses for commercial and industrial sectors, and serving as a Student Assistant at the Industrial Assessment Center, where industrial audits were conducted to enhance energy efficiency and productivity. Mahera Wazir holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from The University of Texas at Arlington.
