Thomas Rand

Thomas Rand is a seasoned construction professional with extensive experience in managing large design-build energy savings projects. Currently serving as Director of Construction at NORESCO since December 2021, Rand has previously held the same title at NORESCO and worked as Project Director at Kinetics. Prior roles include Area Operations Manager at Carrier Corporation, Vice President of Construction at Harry Grodsky & Co., Inc., and Account Manager at Outsource. Rand began their career as Regional Installation Manager at Johnson Controls, Inc. and holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Hartford.
