Jill Wolke

Jill Wolke is the current Event Manager at NOREX. Prior to their current position, Wolke worked as an Office Administrator/Contracts Coordinator at SMS Systems Maintenance Services Europe from October 2009 to July 2017. In this role, Wolke was responsible for general office procedures, coordinating meeting logistics, assisting with travel arrangements, onboarding new hires, and working in SAP to create quotes and purchase requisitions. Wolke also typed contracts, set up accounts for new Brokerage department clients, and coordinated outside vendors.

From February 2007 to June 2009, Wolke worked as Administration Receptionist at NOREX where they were responsible for daily tasks such as answering the phone, distributing mail, entering information into the clients account through a data base program, typing, organizing, filing, greeting clients, and maintaining a structured work environment.

Wolke also worked as an Asst Front Desk Manager at Candlewood Suites Hotels from February 2006 to February 2007 and as a Property Manager at Highland Management Group from January 1995 to December 2003.

Jill Wolke has an associate's degree in small business administration/management from Normandale Community College.
