Shirsendu Paul

Shirsendu Paul has a solid work experience in various roles and companies. Shirsendu started their career in 1997 as an IT Analyst at Tata Consultancy Services, where they worked on projects such as building a web-based project management tool and developing a Financial Portal for net banking.

In 2001, they joined Infogain as a Sr. Consultant and worked on projects involving the development of Java Connector Architecture compliant Adapters using BEA-ADK. Shirsendu played a key role in designing and developing adapters for SAP and Oracle, which were presented at the Java One Conference in 2001.

From 2007 to 2011, Shirsendu worked at Anshinsoft as a Lead Engineer. Shirsendu was responsible for developing a Java based framework for Trade Confirmation, which encompassed various tasks such as sourcing transaction data, enriching it for reference data, and generating documents in multiple formats. Shirsendu also incorporated event-driven workflow and a rule engine using Jboss in the framework.

In 2011, they joined Norgate Technology as a Technical Project Manager for Citigroup, where they handled various technical projects. Finally, in 2013 they joined Dovetail as a Solutions Architect.

Shirsendu Paul attended the Indian Statistical Institute from 1992 to 1995, where they pursued a Bachelor of Statistics degree. During this time, their field of study included M.Stat, Statistics, IT, and Mathematics. Shirsendu then continued their education at the same institution from 1995 to 1997, earning a Master of Statistics degree. Their studies encompassed Statistics, IT, and Mathematics.
