Shirsendu Paul has a solid work experience in various roles and companies. Shirsendu started their career in 1997 as an IT Analyst at Tata Consultancy Services, where they worked on projects such as building a web-based project management tool and developing a Financial Portal for net banking.

In 2001, they joined Infogain as a Sr. Consultant and worked on projects involving the development of Java Connector Architecture compliant Adapters using BEA-ADK.
