Michael Wurmser is the Founder and Deputy CEO of Norge Mining PLC, a company recognized for discovering the largest mineralized igneous phosphate rock globally, located in southwest Norway, which also features significant amounts of vanadium, titanium, and iron. Previously, as Principal at CC&C Advisors from 1997 to 2015, Michael's work included structuring sovereign debts for various European, Asian, and Latin American ministries of finance and state banks, as well as financing projects in the Oil & Gas sector and various mining projects across multiple regions. Michael began their career as a Forex Trader at RP Martin and later served as a Senior Trader at Harlow Meyer Savage. Michael holds degrees from the Wharton School and Swiss Business School, along with completing a program at Harvard Business School.

Norge Mineraler is developing a new integrated value chain for responsibly produced EU Critical Raw Materials phosphate, vanadium and titanium, from its world-class resource in Norway. These are demanded by industries and governments seeking to overcome the challenges of supply security and carbon net zero. A pre-feasibility study will be completed later in 2024. Founded in 2018, the Company is headquartered in London, Norge Mineraler (100%-owned Norwegian subsidiary) has offices in Egersund and Oslo.
