Anja Hatlestad

Anja Hatlestad has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Anja most recently served as the Head of Equity and Governance Business Delivery at Norges Bank Investment Management, where they were responsible for overseeing the delivery of projects related to equity and governance. Prior to this, they worked as a Systems Manager at the same company.

Before joining Norges Bank Investment Management, Anja was the Marketing Manager at ROTHERHITHE COFFEE COMPANY LIMITED, where they were involved in developing and implementing marketing strategies.

Anja also has experience in the start-up industry, having worked as a Project Manager at Mojo Box. In this role, they were responsible for various aspects of the business, including people management, strategy development, resource coordination, and client management.

Earlier in their career, Anja worked at FactSet Ltd as the Director of Consulting, Vice President. In this role, they had global responsibility for teams across 11 countries and was involved in strategic planning, management, training, and budgeting for a team of approximately 250 consultants, trainers, managers, and specialists.

Anja's earlier experience includes working as a Consultant at Thomson, where they gained valuable consulting experience.
