Elin Berg has extensive experience in operational risk and control, currently serving as the Global Head of Operational Risk and Control at Norges Bank Investment Management since 2000. Previously, Elin held various positions at Norges Bank, including Head of Operational Risk and Control, Head of Operational Risk, Trader, Portfolio Manager, Head of Transition, Head of Equity Financing, and Senior Analyst. Prior to this, Elin worked as an Analyst at Norsk Hydro EPI from 1997 to 2000 and as a Junior Researcher at Statistisk sentralbyrå (SSB) from 1994 to 1997. Elin holds a Cand.oecon degree from the University of Oslo and a Master of Science (MSc) in Economics from The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE).
