Jannike Haneborg

Jannike Haneborg has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning from 2002 to the present. Currently, they are working at Norges Bank Investment Management as an HR Strategic Project Lead since November 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Norges Bank as the Global Head of People Strategies from August 2021 to December 2022. During their time at Norges Bank, they also served as the Head of Resourcing from December 2019 to December 2022 and as the Head of Recruitment and Talent Management from April 2018 to December 2019.

Before Norges Bank, Jannike Haneborg was a Senior Advisor at Visindi AS from June 2016 to March 2018. Jannike also held the position of Partner & Lead Services at BackerSkeie AS from February 2011 to May 2016, specializing in executive and specialist recruitment. Prior to BackerSkeie, they worked at Opplysningen AS, where their roles included Head of Business Development B2B from February 2010 to December 2010, Member of the Board from October 2009 to December 2010, and Product Manager from March 2008 to January 2010.

Jannike Haneborg has a diverse education history. In 1996 to 1999, they attended Grefsen Videregående Skole and obtained an Artium degree in Allmennfag. Jannike then went on to study at BI Norwegian Business School from 1999 to 2002, earning a Bachelor's degree in Marketing. In 2008 to 2009, they pursued further education at BI Norwegian Business School and completed a program in Project Management, earning 30 stp. In 2009 to 2010, Jannike attended BI Norwegian Business School again for a program in Styrekompetanse - Centre for Boards and Governance, earning 7.5 stp. Alongside these educational achievements, Jannike has also obtained several certifications. In 2011, they received Certification in Cattell 16PF® Personality Assessment from Assessio Norge. In 2016, they obtained the JTI og Teamkompasset certification from Optimas Organisasjonspsykologene AS and the OPQ/Verify Training certification from SHL. In 2018, they received certification from Aon Assessment Norge (tidl. cut-e) in Aon's Assessment Solutions, and in 2019, they obtained the Team Management Profile certification from TMS Development International Ltd.
