HR Strategic Lead at Norges Bank Investment Management

Jannike Haneborg has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning from 2002 to the present. Alongside these educational achievements, Jannike has also obtained several certifications. In 2011, they received Certification in Cattell 16PF® Personality Assessment from Assessio Norge. In 2016, they obtained the JTI og Teamkompasset certification from Optimas Organisasjonspsykologene AS and the OPQ/Verify Training certification from SHL. In 2018, they received certification from Aon Assessment Norge (tidl. cut-e) in Aon's Assessment Solutions, and in 2019, they obtained the Team Management Profile certification from TMS Development International Ltd.
