Kristine Gjøs has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles. Kristine started their career as a Research Intern at Richardson Peace Institute in 2016. In 2018, they worked as a Trainee at the Royal Norwegian Embassy in Singapore, gaining experience in foreign affairs. The following year, they joined the World Food Programme as a Trainee in Communications, Advocacy, and Social Media Outreach. In the same year, they also participated in the Young Women Leadership Programme at McKinsey & Company.
In 2019, Kristine joined ANSA - Association of Norwegian Students Abroad as an Executive Board Member, where they held various responsibilities including the Budget Committee and branches in different countries. Later in 2019, they became a Business Analyst (Intern) at AlixPartners for two months, before being promoted to the role of Business Analyst (Associate), where they worked until 2021.
Currently, Kristine is an Investment Stewardship Analyst at Norges Bank Investment Management, starting in October 2021. Their work experience demonstrates their commitment to international affairs, leadership, research, and business analysis.
Kristine Gjøs has a Master's Degree in Economics & Strategy for Business from Imperial College Business School. Kristine also holds a Bachelor's Degree in Economics and International Relations from Lancaster University. Additionally, they have completed a Master's Course in Continuing Education in Business and Human Rights at the University of Bergen (UiB).
