Marianne Rusten

Marianne Rusten has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and companies.

Marianne started their career in 1999 as a Middle Office Administrator at ALFRED BERG ASSET MANAGEMENT OSLO BRANCH.

In 2001, they joined Norges Bank Investment Management and held multiple positions such as Portfolio Administrator, Manager of Corporate Management, and Global Head of Corporate Management (interim). Marianne coordinated non-investment aspects of real estate investments and managed the ongoing operations of the Regent Street portfolio.

From 2014 to 2020, Marianne worked as the Head of Corporate Management at Norges Bank Real Estate Management. Marianne led teams responsible for strategy and action planning, project management, budgeting, and procurement. Marianne also managed projects like the integration of NBREM into Norges Bank Investment Management.

Returning to Norges Bank Investment Management in 2021, Marianne served as Lead Subsidiary Management - Finance. In 2023, they became the Head of Reward Management at the same company.

Between their stints at Norges Bank Investment Management, Marianne worked at the Central Bank of Norway. Marianne held various roles, including Head of Payroll and Personnel Management and Global Head of HR Operations (interim).
