William Rimbun, CFA, CIPM, has a diverse work experience across various roles and companies. William most recently worked at Norges Bank Investment Management as a Senior Quantitative Risk Analyst (Risk Measurement) starting in July 2022, and prior to that, they held the position of Senior Analyst, Valuation & Accounting from January 2014 to June 2022. Before joining Norges Bank, William was a Portfolio Risk and Performance Analyst at Lion Global Investors Limited from September 2011 to December 2013. William also worked as an Associate, Equity Reference Data, at Markit from August 2010 to August 2011. William started their career as an IT System Analyst at Accenture, NUS Business School, and SilkAir from 2004 to 2007.

William Rimbun, CFA, CIPM began their education journey in 2000 when they enrolled at the National University of Singapore. William pursued a Bachelor of Computing degree and successfully completed their studies in 2004, achieving First Class Honours.

After a few years in the workforce, Rimbun decided to further their education and in 2008, they enrolled at the International University of Japan. Over the course of two years, from 2008 to 2010, Rimbun diligently studied and obtained a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree with a specialization in Finance.

During their time at the International University of Japan, Rimbun also took part in an exchange program at the China Europe International Business School (CEIBS) in 2009. This opportunity allowed him to gain further knowledge and experience in the field of Finance.
