Suela Kristiansen

Suela Kristiansen, DPhil, currently serves as a Senior Adviser in Payments’ Analysis and Innovation at Norges Bank since August 2022. Concurrently, Suela is an International Research Fellow and External Examiner at Saïd Business School, University of Oxford, since August 2014. Previous professional experience includes roles as a Senior Consultant at Corporater, a Senior Research Scientist at Telenor Group, and a Researcher at the University of Oxford. Suela's early career involved conducting research for Beiersdorf as an Associate to Corporate Project Brands. Academically, Suela holds a Doctor of Philosophy (DPhil) in Strategy from the University of Oxford, a Master of Philosophy (MPhil) in Innovation, Strategy and Organisation from the University of Cambridge, an MBA in International Business from Hochschule Pforzheim, and a Diplomë in Finance from the University of Tirana.
