Gareth Stenson

Head Of Global Development Operations at Norgine

Gareth Stenson has over 20 years of work experience. Gareth currently holds the position of Head of Global Development Operations at Norgine since August 2022. Prior to this role, they worked at Norgine as the Director of Central Regulatory Affairs from March 2013 to August 2022. Before joining Norgine, Gareth worked as a Principal Consultant on a freelance contract from March 2010 to March 2013.

Earlier in their career, Gareth held various positions at Pfizer. From May 2006 to March 2010, they served as a Senior Manager, Regulatory Conformance, where they were responsible for leading global regulatory change control systems and processes. Gareth also worked as a Project Manager, Regulatory Compliance from August 2004 to May 2006. Prior to these roles, Gareth held positions such as Facilitator, Sustainable Compliance from March 2003 to August 2004 and New Business Controller from November 2001 to March 2003 at Pfizer.

Before their tenure at Pfizer, Gareth worked at The Vega Group as a Bid Co-ordinator/Junior Consultant from August 2000 to November 2001. Gareth started their career at Eaton as a Commercial Apprentice from June 1998 to August 2000.

Gareth Stenson earned a First Class (Hons) degree in Technology Management (BSc) from the University of Portsmouth between 1997 and 2000. In December 2013, they obtained a Change Management - Practitioner certification from APMG-International.
