Gavin Bray

Gavin Bray has extensive work experience in the pharmaceutical industry. Gavin started their career in 2007 as a QC Analyst at Norgine, where they analyzed stability, validation, and finished products following cGMP and GLP conditions. Gavin then progressed to the roles of QA Officer and Senior Quality Officer, where they were responsible for critical review and approval of batch records and maintenance of the Quality Management System. In 2018, Bray joined BTG Specialty Pharmaceuticals as a QA Manager, overseeing the day-to-day running of the Quality Assurance Department and developing the company's Quality System. Gavin later became the Quality Director and Qualified Person (QP), leading the site's Quality Operations and setting the Quality strategy. Bray recently joined Norgine again in 2022 as the External Network Director, where they define and implements the company's External Network strategy from a Manufacturing and Supply Chain perspective.

Gavin Bray attended Cardiff University / Prifysgol Caerdydd from 2004 to 2007, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Genetics.
