Lena Henning

Lena Henning has extensive work experience in human resources, with their most recent position being Head of HR Nordics at Norgine since 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Danderyds Sjukhus AB from 2012 to 2022 as a CHRO/HR Director. Lena'sprevious experience includes roles at Computer Sciences Corporation (CSC) from 2004 to 2012, where they held various HR director positions, including HR Director EMEA Transformation and Nordic HR Director Nordics & Baltics. Before CSC, they worked at Scandinavian IT Group as Director of Human Resources and Communications from 2000 to 2004, and at Scandinavian Airlines System as HR Director and HR-chef from 1992 to 1999.

Lena Henning attended Stockholm University from 1983 to 1985 where they completed their Bachelor of Social Science degree. Lena continued their education at Stockholm University from 1985 to 1988 and obtained a University Diploma in Law. In 2016, Lena Henning pursued further education in Relational Management and became a Licensed Relational Management Consultant.
