Stefan Ridders is an experienced supply chain professional with a robust background spanning over two decades in various leadership roles. Currently serving as Supply Chain Manager for External Network at Norgine since July 2019, Ridders was previously with MSD from October 2012 to June 2019 as E2E Global Supply Chain Manager, overseeing supply planning for multiple fertility brands and managing a significant SKU portfolio. Earlier positions at Alcon Pharmaceuticals included Head of Sales & Operations Planning for EURMEA, where Ridders led demand and inventory centralization across European affiliates. Ridders’ expertise encompasses product lifecycle management, capacity management, and global supply operations, underpinned by a solid educational foundation in foreign trade and economics.
