Patrick Tsao

Patrick Tsao has a diverse work experience, starting with their current role as the Director of Product & Engineering at Nori since April 2023. Prior to this, they held the position of Product Lead at Nori from August 2022 to April 2023. Before joining Nori, Patrick was the Founding CEO of Musaic from August 2020 to July 2022. Patrick also served as the VP of Product at Getsafe from October 2018 to July 2020 and as a Product Manager at Uber from July 2017 to September 2018. Furthermore, Patrick worked as Player Services Staff at Tennis Australia from September 2016 to February 2017. Patrick gained valuable experience at Redfin, where they held multiple roles including Lead Product Manager from May 2013 to February 2016 and Product Manager from July 2010 to May 2013. Patrick's earlier career includes positions such as a Research Assistant at the University of Washington from December 2009 to June 2010, Product Manager Intern at Redfin from June 2009 to December 2009, and Software Development Engineer Intern at Microsoft from June 2008 to September 2008. Finally, they served as an Undergraduate Teaching Assistant at the University of Washington from September 2007 to June 2008.

Patrick Tsao holds a Master's Degree in Computer Science from the University of Washington, which they obtained from 2009 to 2010. Patrick also has a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from the University of Washington - Michael G. Foster School of Business, which they earned from 2007 to 2009. In addition, they have another Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science from the University of Washington, which they completed from 2005 to 2009. Patrick has also pursued further education in Leadership & Strategy from Harvard Business School Executive Education, where they completed the Uber HBX program from 2017 to 2018. Besides their academic achievements, they have obtained certifications in Rescue Diver from PADI in 2018, CPR/AED/First Aid from the American Heart Association in May 2018, and Real Estate Broker from the Washington State Department of Licensing in September 2011.
