Liv Krabberød

Liv Krabberød has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and industries. Liv began their career as a Trainee at Christiania bank & kreditkasse in 1987 and later worked as an Executive Officer/Officer at the Ministry of Culture from 1995 to 1997. Liv then joined the Norwegian Concert Institute (Rikskonsertene), where they held various roles including Finance Section Lead, Project Manager IT Delivery, and Senior Advisor for the Head of Administration. During their time there, Liv was involved in process improvement, IT procurement improvement, and budget coordination.

In 2008, Liv joined Sogeti as a Managing Consultant and later became a Senior Consultant. Liv'sresponsibilities included quality management, test management, project management, process improvement, and contract management for both agile and traditional projects. Liv continued in this role until 2015.

Liv then took on the position of Head of Quality & Testing at Telenor from 2015 to 2018. In this role, they were responsible for leading quality and testing efforts in the company.

Afterwards, Liv worked at Promis Qualify as a Consultant, where they defined quality management principles for a worldwide leader in marine insurance, from 2018 to 2019.

Currently, Liv is working at Noria as a Consultant. Liv'sroles at Noria include quality management improvement of Noria Software releases, quality assurance in the private insurance business, and serving as a Scrum Master and Quality Manager for the ONE PARIS marine insurance program. Liv started working at Noria in 2019 and continues to be employed there.

Liv Krabberød's education history is as follows:

- From 1984 to 1987, Liv attended Oslo Handelsgymnasium, where they obtained an Artium degree with a field of study in Bedriftsøkonomi (Business Economics).

- In 1987-1988, they attended Bjørnes privatskole.

- Liv then studied at the University of Mannheim from 1988 to 1989, focusing on Business Administration.

- In 1989-1990, they studied French language and French cultural history at Université de Sorbonne.

- Liv also attended the University of Bergen (UiB) from 1991 to 1992, earning a Grunnfag degree in Kunsthistorie (Art History).

- From 1990 to 1994, Liv pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree at the Norwegian School of Economics (NHH).

- In 2004-2006, they enrolled in the Norwegian School of Information Technology, acquiring knowledge in the Foundation for managing system development processes.

- Additionally, Liv completed several certifications, including Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute in 2018, 2021, and 2022. Liv also obtained the INSEAD-Telenor Strategy Execution Online Programme certificate from INSEAD in 2016, Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt from Lean Six Sigma Enterprise Institute in 2016, ISTQB Advanced and ISTQB Foundation from ISTQB - International Software Testing Qualifications Board in 2012 and 2011 respectively, and Scrum Master from Glasspaper in 2011.

- Liv's latest certification is the Certified SAFe® 5 Agilist obtained in December 2022.
